Welcome.

Circles & Letters is my creative home — my very own test kitchen. But instead of refining recipes, I’m shaping facilitative approaches, communication strategies, and frameworks for how we be together.

In my professional life, I occupy many roles. I’m a full-time trainer at a capacity-building organization and a member of several teaching artist and adjunct instructor pools. In those spaces, I deliver the curriculum of the organizations I represent — always with my own creativity, energy, and style. And still, the content isn’t fully mine to mold.

Don’t misunderstand: the content I teach is excellent — award-winning, widely praised, deeply impactful. I’m blessed to facilitate learning spaces centered on management practice, storytelling, communication, and operational excellence. I find that work brilliant, necessary, and meaningful. And I needed something more.
